starwww.dev ("site"), "star" takma adını kullanan kişinin kişisel, ticari olmayan web sitesidir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü ("GDPR") kapsamında veri sorumlusu sitenin sahibi star'dır.

02 Toplanan kullanıcı verileri

Siteyi sadece gezmek için hesap açman ya da kim olduğunu söylemen gerekmez. Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullanırsan işlenir:

Defter, duvar ve skor tablosuna bıraktığın içerikler bilerek herkese açık paylaştığın içeriklerdir; lütfen buralara gerçek adın, telefon numaran gibi kişisel bilgiler yazma.

03 İletişim ve form verileri

Sitede e-posta ya da iletişim formu yoktur. Sitedeki tek form ziyaretçi defteridir (takma ad + en fazla 140 karakterlik mesaj). Bana Discord ya da GitHub üzerinden yazarsan, yazışma o platformlarda gerçekleşir ve ilgili platformun gizlilik politikası geçerlidir; bu mesajları sadece sana cevap vermek için kullanırım.

Formlara girilen metinler hem tarayıcıda hem veritabanında uzunluk ve biçim kurallarıyla sınırlandırılır ve ekrana basılırken HTML olarak yorumlanmaz.

04 IP adresi ve teknik veriler

Bir web sitesini açtığında tarayıcın, sayfayı ve içeriği sunan sunuculara teknik olarak IP adresini, tarayıcı/cihaz bilgisini (User-Agent), istenen adresi ve zamanı gönderir. Bu sitede bu bilgiler şu hizmetlerin sunucularına ulaşır: GitHub Pages (sayfanın kendisi), Supabase (defter, duvar, skor ve içerik verileri), jsDelivr (animasyon kütüphaneleri), Spotify ve Steam görsel/ses sunucuları, GitHub API (repo listesi).

Site sahibi olarak IP adreslerini ayrıca toplamam, saklamam ya da kimseyle eşleştirmem. Hizmet sağlayıcılar bu bilgileri güvenlik ve hizmetin işletilmesi için kendi politikaları doğrultusunda, genellikle kısa süreli kayıtlarda tutar (ör. Supabase API kayıtları).

05 Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması

Site takip, reklam ya da analitik çerezi kullanmaz. Klasik çerez yerine tarayıcının yerel depolamasını (localStorage / sessionStorage) kullanır. Kayıtlar dört kategoriye ayrılır; zorunlu olanlar dışındaki hiçbir kayıt izin vermeden tarayıcına yazılmaz ve hiçbir isteğe bağlı betik izinsiz çalışmaz.

Tercihini istediğin zaman sayfanın altındaki "Çerez Tercihleri" bağlantısından ya da bu sayfadaki düğmeden değiştirebilir, iznini geri çekebilirsin. İzni geri çektiğinde isteğe bağlı kayıtlar tarayıcından silinir. Seçimin 12 ay saklanır, sonra yeniden sorulur.

06 Analitik ve pazarlama

Şu an sitede hiçbir analitik (ziyaret istatistiği) ya da pazarlama/reklam aracı yoktur. İleride bir analitik aracı eklenirse bu politika güncellenir ve araç yalnızca "Analitik" kategorisine izin verdiysen çalışır.

07 Verilerin kullanım amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

Veriler otomatik karar verme ya da profilleme için kullanılmaz, satılmaz, reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

08 Verilerin saklanması

• Sprey duvarı: Duvar her pazartesi 00:00'da (TSİ) ya da site sahibi "buff"ladığında sıfırlanır; eski duvarlar 8 hafta arşivde görünür, 12 haftadan eski çizimler silinir.
• Ziyaretçi defteri: Notlar, site sahibi kaldırana ya da sen silinmesini isteyene kadar saklanır.
• Skor tablosu: Tablo sıfırlanana ya da sen silinmesini isteyene kadar saklanır.
• İmleç konumu ve "kaç kişi burada": saklanmaz.
• Tarayıcı depolaması: yukarıdaki tablodaki sürelerle; tarayıcı verilerini temizleyerek her an silebilirsin.
• Teknik kayıtlar: ilgili hizmet sağlayıcının kendi saklama süreleri boyunca.

09 Üçüncü taraf hizmetler ve yurt dışına aktarım

Yazı tipleri sitenin kendi sunucusundan yüklenir; Google Fonts kullanılmaz. Oyun ve şarkı bilgilerini tamamlamak için kullanılan RAWG ve iTunes aramaları yalnızca site sahibinin Kontrol Odası'ndan, sunucu tarafında yapılır; bu hizmetlere ziyaretçi verisi gönderilmez.

Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ABD ve AB dahil) bulunabilir. Defter, duvar ya da skor tablosuna içerik göndermek isteğe bağlıdır; göndermen halinde içeriğin bu altyapıda, yurt dışında işlenip saklanacağını bilerek göndermiş olursun (KVKK md. 9). Bağlantıya tıklayarak eriştiğin üçüncü taraf siteler (Spotify, GitHub, Steam, Discord vb.) kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

10 Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11 / GDPR)

KVKK md. 11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK md. 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğraman halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin.

AB'de bulunuyorsan GDPR kapsamında ayrıca erişim, düzeltme, silme ("unutulma"), işlemenin kısıtlanması, veri taşınabilirliği, itiraz ve rızanı istediğin zaman geri çekme hakların vardır. Şikâyet için Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) ya da bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsin.

11 Başvuru ve iletişim

Haklarını kullanmak, bir notunun / çiziminin / skorunun silinmesini istemek ya da soru sormak için GitHub (github.com/StarWWW) ya da Discord (stariscrazy) üzerinden yazabilirsin. Defter ve duvar anonim olduğu için hangi içeriğin senin olduğunu anlayabilmem adına içeriğin metnini, tarihini ya da ekran görüntüsünü eklemen yeterli. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır (KVKK md. 13).

12 Güvenlik, çocuklar ve değişiklikler

Güvenlik: Site yalnızca HTTPS üzerinden sunulur. Veritabanına yazma izinleri satır düzeyinde güvenlik kurallarıyla (RLS) korunur, gönderimler hız sınırına tabidir, yönetici işlemleri yalnızca site sahibine açıktır ve sitede hiçbir gizli anahtar bulunmaz.

Çocuklar: Site çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler: Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm ve tarihi her zaman bu sayfadadır. Çerezlerle ilgili önemli bir değişiklikte tercihin yeniden sorulur.

02 User data we collect

You do not need an account or to tell us who you are to browse the site. The data below is processed only if you use the related feature:

What you leave on the guestbook, wall and scoreboard is content you knowingly publish; please do not post personal details such as your real name or phone number there.

03 Contact and form data

There is no email or contact form on the site. The only form is the guestbook (nickname + a message of up to 140 characters). If you message me on Discord or GitHub, the conversation happens on that platform under its own privacy policy; I only use those messages to reply to you.

Text entered into forms is limited by length and format rules both in the browser and in the database, and is never interpreted as HTML when displayed.

04 IP address and technical data

When you open a website, your browser technically sends your IP address, browser/device information (User-Agent), the requested address and time to the servers delivering the page and its content. On this site that information reaches: GitHub Pages (the page itself), Supabase (guestbook, wall, scores and content data), jsDelivr (animation libraries), Spotify and Steam image/audio servers, and the GitHub API (repo list).

As the site owner I do not separately collect, store or match IP addresses. Providers keep this information for security and operation under their own policies, usually in short-lived logs (e.g. Supabase API logs).

05 Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Instead of classic cookies it uses your browser's local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage). Entries fall into four categories; nothing except the strictly necessary ones is written to your browser and no optional script runs without your permission.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page or the button on this page. When you withdraw consent, optional entries are deleted from your browser. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then you are asked again.

06 Analytics and marketing

There is currently no analytics (visit statistics) or marketing/advertising tool on the site. If an analytics tool is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the tool will only run if you allow the "Analytics" category.

07 Purposes and legal bases

Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling, is not sold and is not shared for advertising.

08 Data retention

• Spray wall: the wall resets every Monday at 00:00 (Turkey time) or when the site owner "buffs" it; old walls stay in the archive for 8 weeks and strokes older than 12 weeks are deleted.
• Guestbook: notes are kept until the site owner removes them or you ask for deletion.
• Scoreboard: kept until the board is reset or you ask for deletion.
• Cursor position and "how many here": not stored.
• Browser storage: for the durations in the table above; you can delete it any time by clearing your browser data.
• Technical logs: for the retention periods of each provider.

09 Third-party services and international transfers

Fonts are served from the site itself; Google Fonts is not used. RAWG and iTunes lookups used to complete game and song details run server-side, only from the site owner's Control Room; no visitor data is sent to them.

These providers' servers may be located outside Turkey (including the USA and the EU). Posting to the guestbook, wall or scoreboard is optional; by posting you knowingly send your content to be processed and stored on this infrastructure abroad (KVKK art. 9). Third-party sites you reach via links (Spotify, GitHub, Steam, Discord, etc.) are subject to their own privacy policies.

10 Your rights (KVKK art. 11 / GDPR)

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under KVKK art. 7, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If you are in the EU, under the GDPR you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or the data protection authority of your country.

11 Requests and contact

To exercise your rights, ask for a note / drawing / score to be deleted, or ask a question, write to me on GitHub (github.com/StarWWW) or Discord (stariscrazy). Since the guestbook and wall are anonymous, include the text, date or a screenshot of the content so I can find it. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest (KVKK art. 13).

12 Security, children and changes

Security: the site is served over HTTPS only. Database write access is protected by row-level security rules (RLS), submissions are rate-limited, admin actions are available to the site owner only and no secret keys exist in the site.

Children: the site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes: this policy may be updated; the current version and its date are always on this page. If cookie usage changes significantly, you will be asked for your choice again.
